We accept hard, patient work as part of our working lives. Nevertheless, work-life balance is not an empty buzzword for us. Every battery needs to be recharged at some point. But we only rest, celebrate and relax as soon as the project and the customer allow it. Phases and spurts of hard work are followed by phases of reduced stress and employee motivation; otherwise a high level of performance cannot be maintained in the long term.

We trust in the sense of duty of our employees. Home office and sports during working hours are part of our work. Monotony, boredom and frustration are our enemies. Creative, unconventional ideas are our lifeblood.

As architects, designers and project developers we follow a clear line. There will be no dreary shoebox architecture with us. In the design we focus on natural materials, respect for the homeland and, if possible, pay attention to a certain portion of Swissness, or at least a Mediterranean or rustic flair. Natural stone, wood and solid design are part of our repertoire; high gloss, naked concrete, garish, bright colours, rusty iron, painted metal surfaces and plastic are less so. We value sustainability, not fads. Architecture must be timeless and also appeal to later generations.
